We will work together to increase your energy, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and posture in order to minimize the discomforts often associated with a growing belly (baby) and to help prepare your mind and body for labour and delivery, and those first weeks at home after the baby is born. Classes and personal training will take place in a safe and private training studio.
Post Natal Fitness Training
Now that your baby has arrived we will continue to work on improving your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & posture. Through exercise you will find increased energy and body-mind awareness as there have been many changes over the past year. This is the time to take you back, while keeping your eye on your new baby. Enjoy your time with like minded new moms who share your challenges, emotions & progressions. Classes and personal training will take place in a safe and private training studio.
