Everyone can join
We understand that not everyone is going to be at the same fitness levels at the beginning; therefore we do offer beginner programs into the boot camp sessions. Once the beginner boot camp sessions become easier to handle then people start joining the advanced program, and are shocked by the results. Join us for a 4-week mind and body changing experience, as we challenge you to push through any boundaries you may have, and help you reach higher you. All classes are in private studio environment, so you can see the real results.

What is extremely important in these boot camps that guarantees results is that you’re eating as good as your working out. It does not feel good to put whatever fat you just burned off back into your body, and don’t lie to yourself, it feels gross. Questions are constantly asked at our boot camps about what is best to eat after the workout, what to eat before the session and how long before and/or after. Our trainer of these boot camps, Leroy Bascombe, is more than happy to offer nutrition advice because he wants to see you improve just as much as you do.
