LA SERENA , June 16 (Xinhua) -- Sergio Aguero scored with a second-half header as Argentina defeated Uruguay 1-0 in a heated Copa America Group B match on Tuesday.

Aguero broke the deadlock in the 56th minute at Estadio La Portada when he met Pablo Zabaleta's cross with a diving effort that beat goalkeeper Fernando Muslera at the near post.

The Albiceleste now have four points from two matches and, with their next fixture against the struggling Jamaica, Gerardo Martino's men are odds on to finish top of their group.

Argentina and Uruguay share one of football's most storied rivalries and the competitive spirit was evident from the outset.

Lionel Messi and Aguero were subject to some heavy man-marking, drawing protests from Martino on the sidelines.

A rough challenge by Uruguay's Nicolas Lodeiro further raised the ire of the normally mild-mannered Martino and the former Barcelona manager was duly ordered to the stands by Brazilian referee Sandro Ricci.

Argentina created most of the early scoring chances with Angel Di Maria shooting over from an acute angle and Aguero heading the ball straight to Muslera after a Messi cross.

Diego Godin and Diego Rolan had Uruguay's best opportunities of the first half but they both directed headers wide of the target.

Uruguay emerged from the halftime break with renewed verve and Sergio Romero was forced to punch away a dangerous Maxi Pereira drive just after the restart.

It took until the 56th minute for Argentina to finally break Uruguay's resistance. Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Javier Pastore began the move by nonchalantly brushing off two challenges and finding Zabaleta on the right.

The full-back's cross was low and hard but his Manchester City teammate Aguero was equal to the task , squirming past his marker and sending a lunging header into the bottom corner.

Playing deeper than he often does for Barcelona, Messi was industrious, though he struggled to present his usual scoring threat.

Not for the first time in his career, the four-time Ballon d'Or winner was subjected to some tough tackling that other referees may have penalized more harshly.

Uruguay did not relent and Rolan might still be lamenting a missed chance to equalize after sending the ball flying over from eight yards after Romero kept out Pereira's fizzing drive from distance.

Messi then had a shot saved by Muslera after being fed by substitute Carlos Tevez. But it was Uruguay who continued to pile on the pressure.

Rolan , an ever-present threat, had another goal-bound effort body-blocked by Zabaleta and Romero made a superb reflex save to deny Abel Hernandez after Pereira's cross.

In Tuesday's other match, Edgar Benitez's fortuitous first-half strike gave Paraguay an unconvincing 1-0 victory over Jamaica in Antofagasta.

The goal came in almost comical circumstances when goalkeeper Duwayne Kerr's headed clearance from a Victor Caceres long ball rebounded off Benitez's thigh and looped into an empty net.

Paraguay are now all but guaranteed a berth in the knockout phase with four points from two matches. Jamaica are at the foot of the group having yet to earn a point.

It is not easy to break any old habit, least of all smoking , which is more than just a habit. However, if you have reached a point when you really want to quit smoking, you can do that more easily in a group rather than do it alone. But, first things first! You must be honest with yourself whether you truly want to quit smoking or is it just a passing fancy that impels you to give it up for any temporary reason. If you really want to give up smoking , then you must feel accountable to yourself and others. That is why you need a support group around you that can be of at least two or three other people, though five is ideal.

When you try to do it alone, you are more likely going to succumb to the overwhelming urge because you are answerable to only one person. But if you have a group, that's a different ball game altogether.

So how do you hold yourself accountable to others?

Actually , it?s all about holding yourself accountable to others. If you have been off cigarettes for one week and then your mind comes up with some silly reason that you need a smoke. It will very cleverly convince all the dissenting voices trying to remind you of your resolve so that you become weak and break down before the urge and take a smoke.

However, if you had five loyal soldiers standing between the nicotine demon and you, it will be entirely different story.

The process

So, it is very essential that you set up a small support group for yourself either through email , telephone, or a support forum. Let your support group know of your goal to quit smoking and also what you expect from them. You don?t want them to pester you every now and then; make that clear. All you want is that they be there for you when you need help and positive support. You will have weak moments, and it is at that time that you will need their encouragement.

But here's the thing. Let's say you are once again at the point of convincing yourself that you need a cigarette. Only this time instead of just coping with your own guilty conscience, you have to call these five people and say to them. "Hello , it's me. I just needed to call you and tell you that I have decided to start smoking again."

And that's all you get to say. No more. Then you just have to sit back and listen without getting angry or upset. If you can make it through all five members of your support team and you still think that their advice and support is misguided and your deep down beliefs that you should quit are suddenly wrong, then by all means have that 'one' cigarette. But I warn you now, don't think that you'll just have the one - you won't. It's always, always , always the first one that w. Cheap Jerseys China Wholesale   Cheap NFL Jerseys From China   Cheap NFL Jerseys   Cheap Authentic NFL Jerseys   Wholesale Jerseys   Wholesale Jerseys From China   Wholesale Jerseys From China   Wholesale Jerseys From China   Wholesale Football Jerseys   Wholesale Football Jerseys
